Pilots often take off in the morning and soar, landing at places like Alto Hospicio to wait for the wind to change for a second takeoff. There are multiple launch options within a 200-meter radius, providing flexibility depending on wind conditions. The site has a good packed dirt road leading to the top, accessible by a 4x4 vehicle.
