The takeoff area is easy to access with a carpeted surface, but it has a steep slope and limited space for launching. If the paraglider isn't inflated in the first few steps, you must stop. Flights are only possible in the mornings, but conditions are usually favorable from very early. By midday, the valley breeze starts to come in, making it difficult to launch. This site is not heavily used but is popular with paragliding schools. Landing is always done at El Raso, as La Lleva is too far away. It is dangerous to take off with a north wind, even if it is head-on, as the flight can become very turbulent and hazardous. The site is accessible via a 5 km road and 600 meters of well-maintained track from Castej贸n de Sos.

Landing: Normal sites in the valley include the airstrip and the field near the cemetery. The ultralight field is closer to this takeoff. Landing on the airstrip is not recommended, but there is plenty of space on the sides. Windsocks and wind stripes are available at the airfield.
Comments: The takeoff is well-prepared but somewhat technical. Care must be taken to avoid taking off and landing in the trees.
Weather Hazards: In summer, this takeoff is used only in the mornings. In the evenings, people usually go to the eastern part like Liri.
Tourism: Nearby attractions include Castej贸n de Sos, Cerler, and Benasque.
